How do I place an order?

Simply decide which flavor(s) you would like to order and submit them to us. When the money is due on your order, we will send you an invoice to pay via Paypal, if you are local,cash i the perferred method of payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal (www.paypal.com).
What is Operation Cookie Drop (OCD)?
​
​Operation Cookie Drop is a program through which customers make donations, which are used to purchase Girl Scout cookies for our brave military troops serving overseas.
In 2012, customers donated enough funds to send nearly 100,000 boxes of cookies through the program. Since the program started in 2005, more than half a million (512,000) boxes of cookies have been shipped to our military troops.

When will I receive my order?
You will receive your cookies the week of January 28th - March 10th, depending on when your order was placed. Orders placed by January 13th will receive their cookies January 26 - February 6th. The cookie sale ends March 10th.

What is the Buy 5 Program?

The Buy 5 Program
Now in its fifth year, the Buy 5 Program gives customers the opportunity to win a
year’s supply (60 boxes) of their favorite Girl Scout cookies. Here’s how it works:
• Customers that buy five boxes or more during a single purchase from a girl or
troop can qualify. Donations to Operation Cookie Drop count also!
• The girl or troop should give the customer a Buy 5 Certificate. Each girl will be
given a supply of these certificates by her troop.
• The customer follows the instructions on the certificate to enter their name in
the online Buy 5 Drawing.
• The council will draw the names of six winners and ship Girl Scout cookies
directly to the winners in April.

Are there any refunds or exchanges?

Refunds will be honored for damaged boxes or cookies that possibly taste stale.
